PAY Swim Team News – February 9, 2025

 

Happy Super Bowl Sunday, PAY Family! GO BIRDS!

 

COACH NOTES: 

We are wrapping up our “regular season” meets and gearing up for the meat of championship season! Your swimmers will be prepped and tapered for whichever championship meet is their “focus” meet in these next couple of months. It is important that your swimmers communicate what their preferred meet is to the coaching staff.

 

CONGRATULATIONS to ALL PAY swimmers that competed in the month of January at both our full team Washington Division Champs meet at WCAY and our qualifying team trip to UMD for Winterfest! New YMCA National cuts in both individual events and relays were achieved on this trip!

 

CONGRATULATIONS to ALL of our public high school swimmers in the area who competed at the Pioneer Athletic Conference Champs at Upper Merion HS and thhe Scott Elliot Ches-Mont Champs at West Chester University this weekend! Multiple medalists, school records and pool records from various high schools in our area were achieved and set by PAY swimmers!!

2025 Washington Champs at WCAY - FULL RESULTS LINK

 

CONGRATULATIONS to our 8 & Under Boys and 11-12 Boys for UNDEFEATED seasons in the PennDel Washington Division dual meet season!

Our boys team tied for 1st overall in the Washington Division with Reading and Upper Main Line this year!

Our girls team tied for 2nd overall in the Washington Division with Central Bucks and Reading this year!
